For nearly a decade, M&P Excavating has operated as a small excavation business in Deer Lodge, Montana.  Since the very beginning, when we operated with a single dump truck and excavator, our mission has been to go the extra mile for our customers. As our company has grown, our determination to exceed our customers’ expectations has grown with it. We hold ourselves to the highest of standards in all aspects of our projects – from planning to schedule to budget.

At M&P Excavating, we believe in the power of quality. Quality equipment, quality suppliers, and quality work. This is especially reflected in our fleet of equipment and tools. We have seen how good quality equipment improves overall productivity and helps our clients save money. Many of our clients report that this reputation for quality is what attracted them to M&P Excavating in the first place.

Safety is also one of the keystones upon which M&P Excavating was built. In addition to meeting the highest requirements of safety measure (from safety equipment to incident response), we conduct daily safety meetings to discuss the upcoming day. During this briefing, we discuss potential hazards that may be encountered and what safety measures that should be put into place. We put a high priority on safety for all on our job sites and have never had a major incident.
